The CIA reports China pressured the World Health Organization to downplay the extent of the CCP virus pandemic. They did, and now hundreds of thousands of people across the world have died.
It’s time to toss out the entire World Health Organization (WHO), including Canada’s Chief Public Health Officer of Canada, Dr. Theresa Tam. China pressured the World Health Organization (WHO) to hide the severity of the CCP virus pandemic, and if the WHO participated in a cover-up, then surely WHO pandemic committee member Dr. Theresa Tam did too.
A CIA report obtained by Newsweek, surrounds a WHO vote taken January 22nd to delay the declaration of announcement of a Public Health Emergency of International Concern (PHEIC).
The information was confirmed to Newsweek by two US intelligence officials.
“The WHO held two votes on January 22 and 23 to decide whether to declare a public health emergency, but the committee could not come to a conclusion. A final vote on January 30 made the declaration.”
“The timeline of the CIA document and the German report dovetail with another analysis conducted by the U.S. Department of Homeland Security that said China suppressed information about the outbreak in January so it could hoard medical supplies from around the world. That analysis, first reported by the AP, was dismissed as “groundless” by the Chinese Embassy in Washington in a statement to Newsweek.”

Another article, by The Daily Mail, states; “The CIA believes that China pressured the World Health Organization into delaying public warnings about the corona virus early in the outbreak according to a new report”.
The CIA report says China threatened to stop cooperating with the World Health Organization’s CCP virus investigation if the organization declared the outbreak a global health emergency.
“The alleged delay came at a crucial time in January as the virus was spreading around the world undetected and China was stockpiling medical equipment and protective gear made in the United States and elsewhere”

The allegation comes as more than 300,000 have died of the virus globally (official figures, the totals in China are believed to be astronomically higher than reported), that originated in Wuhan China last year, and the claims are likely to further fray tense relations between Washington and Beijing.
The World Health Organization eventually declared the CCP virus a public health emergency on January 30th and that was only after a confirmed meeting between world health organization director general Tedros and China’s Xi Jinping took place on January 28th, 2020.
However, the eventual pandemic declaration from the WHO did not come until March 11, far, far too late. Tedros said at the press conference in Geneva;
“WHO has been in full response mode since we were notified of the first cases,” …“And we have called every day for countries to take urgent and aggressive action. We have rung the alarm bell loud and clear.”…“we are deeply concerned by the world’s inaction”.

It’s not just the CIA making claims of Chinese pressure, German newspaper Der Spiegel cited a German federal intelligence service document that read; “on January 21 China’s leader Xi Jingping asked the world health chief Tedros to hold back information about a human to human transmission and to delay a pandemic warning” The Bundesnachrichtendienst (BND), Germany’s foreign intelligence organization, estimates that China’s information policy lost four to six weeks to fight the virus worldwide.
Which brings us too Canada’s chief public health officer, and head of the Public Health Agency of Canada, Dr. Theresa Tam. Her incompetent hands are involved in this mess every single step of the way, and its right here on the World Health Organization’s own website. The WHO Health Emergencies Programme Advisory Committee (HEPAC) are the pandemic people.
What this means is Teresa Tam is one of seven people pressured by the Chinese government to downplay the extent of the spread of the CCP virus, and it sure looks like she did just that, both in her role at the WHO, delaying the pandemic declaration, and in the advice that Tam gave to Canadians and the Canadian government to fight the spread of the CCP virus.
An Rebel News investigation, April 28th, using publicly available Canadian health committee documents presented by Tam’s agency; the Public Health Agency of Canada, revealed that health agency officials briefed and warned Tam about the person to person spread of the CCP virus happening in China. The briefing took place on January 15th 2020, yet 11 days later on January 26 Tam tweeted, telling Canadians that the virus was not spreading person-to-person;
Even though the public health agency was fully aware that travelers from China could have been exposed to the CCP virus as, again, they knew from January 15th about the person to person spread of the virus in China.
In addition, the health agency, knowing what they knew, still proceeded to censor and remove information at Canadian airports, by removing any mention of China from health information provided to arriving passengers.
Rebel News reports: A February 24, 2020 “Situation Report” prepared for Tam, Health Minister; Patty Hajdu, and ministry officials, noted they altered health information being given to arrivals to Canadian airports about the coronavirus. It stated;
“As of February 24, screen messages in the arrivals area at ten airports were updated with new language that refers generally to COVID-19 and no longer mentions China. New handouts for all travellers were also available at three airports (Montreal, Toronto and Vancouver). New posters for all airports, and new handouts for the remaining seven, smaller international airports will be available later this week.”
CBSA reported that from January 22 to February 23rd, 61,826 travelers arrived directly from China’s Mainland to Canada.
Teresa Tam publicly told Canadians not to wear masks because she said they wouldn’t help stop the spread of the disease, all the while China was acquiring medical protective equipment all across the globe on an industrial scale. “The CIA believes China pressured WHO to publicly downplay the risk of coronavirus in January while Beijing hoarded medical supplies” The Daily Mail reports.
Australia also reports of the then unexplained mass-looting of their PPE equipment by Chinese employees of Chinese investment companies such as Poly, Risland and Greenland, among others. Chinese customs declarations show in excess of 2 Billion tons of PPE was imported throughout January and into February. Normally China exports 85% of the world’s supply.
Now whether Tam announced masks were not necessary purposefully, or because she is a useful idiot for China’s CCP is unknown at this point, but Tam bought the communist regime enough time to hoard valuable medical equipment that the Western world needed to stop the spread of the virus.
When China was done amassing their mountain of masks, then and only then in April, did Tam announce to Canadians that they should wear them. By then much of the masks available were of course inferior and faulty Chinese made masks, putting the CCP in a position of power over other countries by controlling the PPE supply. Well played China.
Now the Chinese regime sends the Western world contaminated and ineffective junk PPE;
Dr. Teresa Tam is as compromised as a Chinese face mask.
It is evident, in real-time, how she responded to China’s pressure to downplay the CCP virus.
Canada would be strongly advised to fire Dr. Teresa Tam. And that would be her getting off lightly.
Canada needs a public health officer who works for Canadians and looks out for the best interest of Canadians and doesn’t do the bidding of the China-centric World Health Organization. Tam didn’t just let China control the World Health Organization and her vote there, she let them take control of health policy in Canada.
Millions of Canadians are out of work, seniors facilities have turned into a waiting room for the city morgue, the economy is in total collapse, debt is spiraling, China is laughing, and Tam must shoulder much of the blame.
Dr. Tam is also on the Advisory Board of IPPH, The mandate of the Institute of Population and Public Health.
In 2010, Tam “the Vaccine ‘Queen'” was featured in a movie called; Outbreak: Anatomy of a Plague.
She seemed to know exactly what to do during an outbreak of disease back in 2010, which is strange considering she didn’t know to contain SARS-CoV-2 in 2020. She also states a firm belief in mandatory detention for the non-vaxed, and other dystopian nightmares;
