  • Report on Dr’s Redfield and Dr Birx’ egregious falsifying of AIDS research data – Public Citizen, 1994. [PDF]
    *Dr. Robert Redfield and Dr. Deborah Birx were the targets of a damning Department of Defense investigation in 1994 after colleagues in the U.S. Army and U.S. Air Force blew the whistle on scientific fraud during clinical trials of a HIV/AIDS vaccine. Redfield was the lead on the Army’s  HIV/AIDS vaccine project, and was assisted by Birx. According to the DOD documents, the project was plagued by manipulation of data, inappropriate statistical analyses, and falsified data presentation and publication to attempt to get a faulty vaccine approved by the FDA to treat HIV patients.

      *A tabletop mock pandemic exercise for a domestic smallpox terrorist arrack.
      The Center for Strategic and International Studies (CSIS), Johns Hopkins Center for Civilian Biodefense Studies, Analytic Services, Inc. (ANSER) designed and initiated an exercise with former senior officials to respond to a bioterrorist smallpox attack on US citizens, and General Dennis Reimer of the Memorial Institute for the Prevention of Terrorism (MIPT) funded “Dark Winter.” In November 2020, Joe Biden warned of a “very dark winter,” in regards to the Covid cases rising, and on January 15, 2021 stated “we remain in a very dark winter.”
    • Atlantic Storm – a Transatlantic Bioterrorism Exercise – Intl. exercise, Jan, 2005. [PDF]
      *In the scenario, the transatlantic leaders had assembled for a long-planned “Transatlantic Security Summit” in Washington, DC. In attendance were the Presidents of the European Commission, France, and the United States, the Chancellor of Germany, the Prime Ministers of Canada, Germany, Italy, the Netherlands, Poland, Sweden, and the United Kingdom, and the Director-General of the World Health Organization. On January 13, the eve of the summit, smallpox cases were reported in Germany, the Netherlands, Sweden, and Turkey. The leaders decide to meet for a few hours on the 14th before heading home to deal with the emerging crisis.
    • The SPARS Pandemic 2025-2028 – Johns Hopkins and Co. October, 2017. [PDF]
      *In 2017, Johns Hopkins published “The SPARS Pandemic 2025-2028”, a report about a communications drill for a vaccine that “accidentally” caused spongiform encephalopathy aka “Mad Cow” prion disease. There is a concern, that as with other “drills” they have published in the past, such as Crimson Contagion and Event 201, the SPARS report will turn out to be the actual battle plan of a slow-kill genocidal attack on the populace, especially because aspects of it have already unfolded like clockwork. We are a little over a year into a three-year drill that’s supposed to usher-in this post-COVID world of endless vaccinations and spongiform genocide. In the SPARS drill, it is the politicians – not Big Pharma – who are blamed for speeding up the release of the vaccines without proper testing and trials, causing millions of cases of brain damage due to prion disease starting 6 months to a year after the injection.

      *Clade X was a 2018 pandemic modelling exercise by Johns Hopkins University’s Center for Health Security, named after the hypothetical infective agent. In the simulation, the hypothetical pandemic resulted in 900 million simulated deaths. American politicians played out the scenario – which was built to be extremely realistic – where a doomsday cult released a genetically engineered virus.

      *The fictional outbreak involved a pandemic flu, which the Department of Health and Human Services says was “very different than the novel coronavirus.” The staged outbreak had started when a group of 35 tourists visiting China were infected and then flew home to Australia, Kuwait, Malaysia, Thailand, Britain and Spain, as well as to the United States, with some developing respiratory symptoms and fevers enroute. In the fictional pandemic, as the virus spread quickly across the United States, the CDC issued guidelines for social distancing, and many employees were told to work from home. Federal and state officials struggled to identify which employees were essential and what equipment was needed to effectively work from home. Summary report.

      “From 17-18 September 2019, the Uniformed Services University of the Health Sciences (USUHS) –National Center for Disaster Medicine and Public Health (NCDMPH) and the United States Naval War College (NWC) conducted a game at Johns Hopkins University’s Applied Physics Lab (JHU-APL) in Laurel, Maryland. Titled “Urban Outbreak 2019,” this two-day, three-move analytic game was internally developed by the NWC’s Humanitarian Response Program (HRP) and emerged as an output from their2018 Civilian-Military Humanitarian Response Workshop...The game focused on the challenges and opportunities for organizations responding to a rapidly spreading infectious disease in a notional, dense, coastal, urban environment of 21 million people.“

      *Event201, a high-level pandemic ‘table top’ exercise, was held in New York City. Note date just prior to the actual pandemic.
      The event was a partnership between the Johns Hopkins Centre for Health Security, the World Economic Forum, and the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation. [Transcript]
